Please be aware:

• Any refund request related to a missed appointment or late rescheduling may be declined if submitted after the 48-hour threshold.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled live appointment (such as a one-on-one session) will be considered a “No-Show” if they are more than 15 minutes late without communication or presence.

In such cases:

• The client forfeits all monies paid for that service.

• Refunds or rescheduling will not be provided.

• Any refund requests following a no-show will be automatically declined.
